Dental Insurance
If you are covered by dental insurance, we will complete and submit the necessary insurance forms and information free of charge. Our computer will help in estimating what portion of the fee will be covered by your dental insurance. Most insurance companies will not cover all dental costs. They have deductible amounts or a percentage allowance. The insurance contract is between the patient and insurance company. Remember that we work for you the patient, not the insurance company. It is your responsibility to pay for any balances not paid by the insurance company.
Payment and Dental Insurance
Payment is due at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa & MasterCard. For patients with dental insurance, your co-payment is due at the time of service.
For extensive treatment plans, financial planning with our business staff may be arranged before starting treatment.
